The TW115-G system has an extensive database with axle measurement parameters for more than 20,000 vehicle types.
It precisely determines and calculates the relevant axle parameters on the vehicle. On the front axle, it measures individual track and total track, including toe curve, camber, caster, spread and enclosed angles. On the rear axle, the system records individual track, total track and camber. In addition, wheelbase, wheel offset, track width and axle offset can be determined. Your own data can be easily entered into the database as required.
Measurements are taken using modern CCD sensor measuring heads, which feature an integrated LCD display for quick reading of values directly on the wheel. The sensors are battery-powered, with the charging electronics already integrated into the system. High-resolution 8-beam infrared measurement ensures accurate results, while wireless communication via Bluetooth guarantees a flexible connection to the computer.
The software is available in numerous languages, including German, English, Spanish, French, Dutch and Turkish.
The measuring system operates wirelessly with eight CCD sensors and offers a measuring range of +/- 18 degrees with an accuracy of +/- 0.01 degrees. It allows you to choose between a quick measurement with two sensors for the front axle or a complete axle geometry measurement with four sensors. The sensor measuring heads can be individually calibrated after replacement. Thanks to special measuring modes, even extremely low vehicles with ultra-low chassis or body kits can be reliably measured.
Updates for the database and software are available as an option and are conveniently delivered by email.
