Scissor lift 5.0 t – TWSA-50U-G
The scissor lift is designed for floor-level installation and has an integrated wheel-free jack and a joint play detector*.
The integrated wheel-free jack, with an extension of up to 2200 mm, allows the complete vehicle up to 4000 kg (car) to be lifted with all four wheels.
Furthermore, the TWSA-50U-G has running rails in the tracks, which allows the use of an additional axle-free jack for lifting transporters.
The swinging plates at the rear (with pneumatic locking) and recesses at the front with 6 insertion plates for turntables enable a very flexible range of applications from small to large wheelbases.
In addition, the lift is equipped with integrated LED lighting on both sides of the lane.
The joint play detector is included in the scope of delivery and is controlled by a radio remote control integrated into the LED hand lamp.
A grid system is available for wheel alignment, which enables safe setting in the safety notches and is therefore also ideal as a reception platform or as a headlight test station.
*Only vehicles ≤ 3.5t may be tested with the joint play tester.

The installation of non-pluggable equipment must be carried out by the respective network operator or a registered specialist company, which will also assist you in obtaining any necessary approval from the respective network operator for the installation of the equipment.

Control unit
The control unit (24 V / IP 54) ensures a high level of safety and operating comfort in conjunction with two limit switches and CE-Stop.
Hydraulic cylinder
Four powerful, hard chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders ensure powerful lifting and lowering.
Release
The automatic safety locking and unlocking mechanism requires compressed air of 4-8 bar!
Wheel-free jack
With integrated wheel-free jack and extendable vehicle mounts for an extended pick-up area.
Roll-off protections
Roll-off protections prevent the vehicle from rolling down and thus ensure additional safety.
Swivel joints
All pivot joints and bearings are fitted with DIN lubricating nipples and brass bushes, making them particularly resistant to wear.
Joint play tester
The joint play tester is included in the scope of delivery and is controlled via a radio remote control integrated in the LED hand lamp. Only vehicles ≤ 3.5t may be tested with the joint play tester.

The post lift is equipped with integrated LED lighting along the entire length of the carriageway, both left and right.
