With a lifting capacity of 5.0 tonnes and symmetrically telescoping double-jointed support arms, the TW250W-G is our most powerful machine in the 2-post range.
Thanks to its extremely large adjustment range, everything from small cars to vans, even with a long wheelbase (e.g. MB Sprinter, motorhomes, special vehicles) can be lifted with ease.
With two operating units (one per column) and two independent hydraulic units, the TW250W-G offers a particularly high level of operating convenience and can be easily adapted to the requirements of the workshop in terms of installation width (4028 mm or less).
As an outstanding highlight, the individual lifting columns communicate with each other completely wirelessly via a secure radio link. They are conveniently controlled via operating units on both columns with monitoring and display of the lifting height in real time.
There is also a practical plug-in adapter holder on the outside of each column, which provides space for the safe storage of two height adapters.

This product requires an increased mains voltage for its proper operation and is not equipped with a two-pin mains plug. The installation of non-plug-in units must be carried out by the respective mains operator or by a registered specialist company who will also assist you in obtaining any necessary approval from the respective mains operator for the installation of the unit.
TW250W-G - Overview
Extremely large adjustment range
Thanks to the extremely large adjustment range of the support arms, everything from small cars (e.g. Smart) to vans, even those with a long wheelbase, can be lifted without any problems.
Control unit
The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54, 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for lifting height limitation and an automatic safety device for safe working. Two control units (one per column) ensure a particularly high level of operating comfort.
E-Motor
Two powerful hydraulic units with high-quality aluminium pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-quality electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.
Wifi
One outstanding highlight is the wireless communication between the individual lifting columns via a secure radio connection. The system is conveniently controlled via operating units on both columns, which monitor and display the lifting height in real time.
2-stage turntable
The post lift has a 2-stage height-adjustable turntable with double thread and anti-twist protection and a swivelling height of only 110 mm.
Arm-locking system
Flat, telescopic and slanted support arms for sports cars. The asymmetrical design of the support arms allows the doors to be opened particularly wide.
M-Supporting arms
Telescopic double-jointed arms (M-arms) allow the doors to open particularly wide thanks to their asymmetrical design.
Door stop protection
The door stop protects your car doors by preventing them from slamming shut unintentionally.
Post protection cover
The post protection cover protects the hydraulic cylinder from flying sparks during welding and flexing work. It offers a high level of safety and impresses with its attractive appearance.
Extention adapters
On each outer side of the column there is a practical holder for plug-in adapters, which offers space for the safe storage of two plug-in adapters each.
Accessories TW250W-GPV
The base plate reinforcement set TW250W-GPV (available as an option) is to be used for concrete strengths between 200 - 250 mm and reduces the usual minimum concrete strength by 50 mm.
