Lifting platform lift for level floor installation with integrated wheel free lift.
The integrated wheel free lift allows the complete vehicle (car) to be lifted with all four wheels free. Furthermore, the TWSA-42U-G model 2017 has rails fitted in the ramps, which allows the use of an additional wheel free jack (TW 445W). With integrated LED lighting on both sides of the complete length of the ramp.
Also suitable as an MOT working lift or as a headlight testing station.

TWSA-42U-G - Überblick
Wheel alignment
The drive-on scissor lift is ideally suited as a wheel alignment lift as it has sliding plates at the rear. These sliding plates provide the necessary relief for the wheel suspension and thus enable precise and reliable measurement results.
Control unit
The control unit (24 V / IP 54) ensures a high level of safety and operating comfort in conjunction with two limit switches and CE-Stop.
Hydraulic cylinder
Four powerful, hard chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders ensure powerful lifting and lowering.
Anti-Lift-Up-Button
The anti-lift-up button enables precise lowering of the post lift. Pressing this button temporarily overrides the automatic system (time relay) of the post lift.
Wheel-free jack
With integrated wheel-free jack and extendable vehicle mounts for an extended pick-up area.
Insert plates
The drive-on scissor lift is equipped with insert plates that increase the versatility of the post lift and enable quick and precise positioning of optionally available accessories such as turntables.
Roll-off protections
Roll-off protections prevent the vehicle from rolling down and thus ensure additional safety.
Swivel joints
All pivot joints and bearings are fitted with DIN lubricating nipples and brass bushes, making them particularly resistant to wear.
LED
The post lift is equipped with integrated LED lighting along the entire length of the carriageway, both left and right.
