A tyre fitting machine with a pneumatically adjustable mounting arm and a built in Air booster. For standard-, low profile, UHP and run flat tyres. The TWX-36 with assistant mounting arms is a tyre fitting machine of a professional level, tested according to the strict and rigorous WDK regulations.
The TWX-36WDK has many extra features like the assistant arms and the hydraulic holding rollers and also the specially formed tyre holder.
The 2 speed turntable (7 and 14 rpm) enables precise fitting and a strong bead breaker with pressure limiter, adjustable bead holder, bead chain. Rim protection and a WDK approved tyre lever.

2-Speed Rotation
The TWX-36WDK has a 2-speed rotation speed of 7 and 14 rpm. These setting options enable precise and efficient mounting and demounting of tyres.
Clamping jaws
Self-centring 4-claw system with large clamping range from 12‘ (305 mm) on the outside to 26’ (661 mm) on the inside for cars and vans, made of special steel for high stability and durability. The built-in air booster in the clamping claws also ensures efficient and powerful clamping force when fitting tyres.
Bead breaker
A powerful side bead breaker cylinder with bead breaker limiter and a bead breaking force of 3000 kg ensures efficient and powerful bead breaking of tyres.
Mounting head
The specially shaped mounting head ensures that tyres are mounted precisely and securely. With replaceable plastic glides, it protects the rims from damage and adapts to different types of rims to ensure quick and efficient tyre fitting.
Mounting arm 1
The auxiliary mounting arm is equipped with two hold-down rollers and a special push-down device.
Mounting arm 2
The pneumatically tilting mounting arm with automatic distance control ensures a distance of 2-3 mm and thus enables the rim to be mounted gently.
Tire inflator
Convenient and clearly arranged tyre inflator for easy and precise tyre inflation.
Pedals
Five easy-to-operate foot pedals enable intuitive and ergonomic operation of the tilt arm, direction of rotation, clamping jaw, tyre inflator and tyre ejection functions.
