Our TWX-400 tyre bead breaker from Twin Busch is a horizontal bead breaker/bead breaker table.
It is the ideal solution for ergonomic and fast work and optimises your tyre demounting workflow in a convenient way.
The tyre bead breaker gently presses the tyre around the rim in a horizontal position. This virtually eliminates the risk of damaging the rim when bead breaking the tyre.
In addition, the posture adopted by the tyre bead breaker makes it much more ergonomic to work with compared to traditional vertical tyre bead breakers.
The tyre bead breaker is equipped with a removable and fully rubberised tyre holder, which ensures that the tyre can be rotated through 360° easily and effortlessly while working and at the same time provides an absolutely secure mounting. The swivel plate also provides the freedom of movement required for bead breaking.
The TWX-400 tyre bead breaker from Twin Busch is suitable for standard, low-profile and run-flat tyres.
With the optional TWX-400-A7 swivelling auxiliary arm, the work processes can be further optimised, for example to feed the tyres to a tyre changer in a way that is gentle on the back and body. The small mounting plate on the swivelling auxiliary arm allows ergonomic tyre movements to be carried out to relieve the strain on the body and to perform other efficient work steps.
The TWX-400-A10 roller table, which is also available as an option, ensures ergonomic and very fast work processes with a high tyre throughput.
The TWX-400-A5 storage box, which is available as an option and is visually and technically customised, ensures a tidy working environment and keeps the necessary utensils and work aids to hand. Can be used very flexibly.
